Eligibility:

• This offer is available exclusively for new clients of Meta Cypher  
• It is a one-time offer and does not apply to previously contracted services or any ongoing or future engagements.

Offer Details:

• The first 120 hours of work on an project will be charged at a discounted rate of $15 per hour.
• The total discounted hours are limited to 120 hours. Once these hours are completed, work will continue at Meta Cypher LLC’s standard hourly rate.

Payment Terms:

• Payments are to be made weekly, based on the hours worked in the previous week.
• Invoices will be issued at the end of each week and are payable within [ 2 Days ] 
• No upfront payment is required for this offer, and payment is to be made after the work is completed each week.
• Clients will be billed according to the number of hours worked during the week, at the $15 rate during the first 120 hours.

Work Beyond 120 Hours:

• After the first 120 hours at the discounted rate of $15 per hour, any additional hours worked will be charged at Meta Cypher LLC’s standard hourly rate.
• The client will be notified of the standard rate before the work continues beyond the initial 120 hours.

Limitations:

• This offer is only available for new clients and cannot be applied to existing contracts or ongoing engagements.
• The offer is only valid for the first 120 hours on the new clients and does not extend to any future work or projects.
• Any unused hours from the first 120 hours cannot be transferred to other projects.

Refund Policy:

• Payments made under this offer are non-refundable once the work has begun.
• If the client chooses to discontinue work before completing the 120 hours, no refund will be provided for the work already completed

Offer Expiry:

• Meta Cypher LLC reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend this offer at any time, without prior notice.
• The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
• This offer is valid for a limited time only and may expire once the specified duration has passed, at which point standard rates will apply.

Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to keep all details of the work performed under this offer confidential, including but not limited to pricing, project specifications, and deliverables.
• Meta Cypher LLC will take appropriate steps to ensure client data remains secure and protected.

General Terms:

• All work performed under this offer is governed by Meta Cypher LLC’s standard terms of service, which apply to all projects.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to the client.
• Both parties agree to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the work performed.

Dispute Resolution:

• In case of any disputes arising from this offer, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through direct negotiation.
• If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with Meta Cypher LLC’s dispute resolution policies or through legal means, as appropriate.
